Pregnancy brings feelings of promise and joy, as well as questions and concerns. Childbirth education classes can help you prepare and give you the confidence and connection you need in your pregnancy, labour and delivery, and as you transition to parenting. Citadel Prenatal and Childbirth Education Classes offers four comprehensive sessions to start you on your way. Register for just one, or all four and attend them here in Halifax, Nova Scotia. There are advantages to group prenatal classes. Instead of sitting by yourself at your computer reading information from various sites, you and your partner or support person can come together with others, and learn from each other as well as from experienced and qualified facilitators.
You can ask your own questions, and learn from the questions and concerns of others. Sometimes the connections you make in prenatal classes can be life long. It is said that it takes a village to raise a child and so learning together can be a brand new beginning for your family.

"I liked having other parents in the room and reinforcement that although it will be very difficult at times, it is normal to experience this and everything will be okay."
"I liked how informative it was, how real it was explained, how it wasn’t sugar coated at all."
